Chesnok Red (Purple Stripe Hardneck)
Chesnok Red is a full flavored garlic with a mellow aftertaste. It has been called the best baking garlic and sweetest roasting garlic. Chesnok Red has beautiful stripes with consistently large bulbs with 10-12 cloves per bulb; plants are vigorous and hardy. Chesnok Red is originally from Republic of Georgia in former USSR. Persian Star (Purple Stripe Hardneck)
Persian Star has a pleasant flavor with a mild spicy zing; it averages 8-12 cloves per bulb. It is a beautiful garlic with thick white bulb wrappers streaked with purple. When used for planting, Persian Star produces reliable yields year after year. Persian Star originated in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Persian Star garlic sold out for 2019.
German Extra Hardy (Porcelain Hardneck)
German Extra Hardy is a hot, spicy garlic that is easy to grow. Large bulbs contain 5-7 large, easy to peel cloves. German Extra Hardy is a long-storing garlic and will store into late winter or spring. It originated in Germany. German Extra Hardy seed and culinary garlic sold out for 2019.
Georgian Fire (Porcelain Hardneck)
Georgian Fire has a rich robust flavor and is known as one of the best tasting garlics. Bulbs contain 4-6 large cloves that are brown streaked with purple. Georgian Fire will store into spring.
